We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase that are accompanied by a receipt. Your account will be credited according to the original method of payment.

Items discounted 50% or more are NOT returnable. Return of special order items may incur a 20% restocking fee.

No cash back is given for store credits or Gift Cards.

Clothing returns must have the original tags attached.

Custom and designer floral arrangements are only returnable within 72 hours of purchase.

We have a 30 day return policy on all Patricia Breen ornaments and returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Plant Returns

Your success with our plants is of utmost importance here at Milaeger's. Our staff is always willing to assist you with plant care and culture.

Most nursery stock carries a one-year guarantee from date of purchase with a receipt.

Houseplants, annuals, perennials, and roses carry no specific guarantee and any problems that may arise will be resolved in a mutually agreeable manner.

Payment & Gift Cards

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Milaeger’s Gift Cards, store credit, and cash. Sorry, we do not accepts checks.

Milaeger’s is not responsible for lost gift cards or certificates. Gift certificates or cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gift Boxes & Gift Wrapping

Gift boxes are available to purchase. We regret that not all items can be boxed due to unusual sizes.

Gift wrapping is available for $2 for each item.


Online orders $200.00 and over qualify for free shipping (exclusions apply). Large items such as Almost-Real Christmas Trees do not qualify for free shipping.

Customers pay the full shipping rate for shipping outside of the continental United States.

Curbside Pickup

It takes 24 hours to process curbside pickup orders. We will notify you when you order is ready for pick-up. Orders must be picked up within 48 hours of the scheduled day. Plant orders are processed Monday through Friday only.


Our customers, and their safety and comfort, are our first priority. We realize that not everyone is comfortable in the presence of other people's pets.

For this reason, pets are not allowed at Milaegers.

Christmas Tree and Light Warranties

In the event that you encounter a problem with your tree or with the lights, you can be confident that all of us at Milaeger’s will make every effort to rectify the situation to your complete satisfaction.
